We did it, we’re almost halfway through January! And what a month it’s been, this month started with the reintroduction of Lockdown which has knocked many of us sideways.
January is here and with it the opportunity for a fresh start. Many people chose to start this month by making resolutions, promises to yourself to make changes in different areas of your life, no matter how big or small.
This blog post is the last one for 2020 as we all take some much-needed time to rest and recuperate with family and friends (outside of course!). In a previous blog post, I’ve talked about achievements made in this tough year and how they're all important no matter how small. As this is the last post of the year, I thought I would take the chance to reflect on what we have achieved throughout this strange year, and what we can take forward with us into 2021.
