But in the age of ever growing consumer awareness customers are becoming more and more unhappy with this approach. We keep using our voices, saying that we want the environment to be a more considered part of the process and, slowly but surely, the brands are listening.

This blog post is the last one for 2020 as we all take some much-needed time to rest and recuperate with family and friends (outside of course!). In a previous blog post, I’ve talked about achievements made in this tough year and how they're all important no matter how small. As this is the last post of the year, I thought I would take the chance to reflect on what we have achieved throughout this strange year, and what we can take forward with us into 2021.
