Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website products’ page and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few necessary details so that we can complete your order.
We accept debit and credit card payments from customers in every country, these include: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
Wallet payment methods eliminate the need for customers to manually enter their card and billing information, offering a quick and convenient way to pay. These include Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, Mastercard, Visa Checkout WeChat Pay. We also accept payments from your iOS app, Android app or mobile website. Just use the checkout page to make your payment.
We will always confirm by email that your order has been received. If you have not received this please use the ‘contact us’ page on the website using firstname.lastname@example.org email.
If in a very rare case, we have made a mistake in pricing or postage costs, inadvertently over or under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for whatever reason, we will always contact you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping And Handling
We are a small, family business and are not able to hold large stocks of products. We aim to despatch your order the same day where we hold stock. In all other cases we aim to despatch within 3-5 working days.

We use Royal Mail Europe and the costs is as follows:

Orders up to 2 Kg (including box/packaging) £18.99 EU only

Orders outside the UK/EU
Royal Mail International (tracked)
Most international orders are sent via Royal Mail. The maximum permitted weight per package is 2kg (including packaging), so if your order weighs more than 2kg, you will be charged for two packages. If your order weighs more than 4kg, you will be charged for three packages, and so on. Packaging adds around 10% to the weight of the goods, so please allow for this when calculating the weight of your package. We do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge us. Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order. Please note that Royal Mail International packages do not have tracking numbers.

Orders outside UK/EU – Delivery Schedule
Please note that there has recently been an increase in customs and security checks for orders arriving by air to the USA and Canada, which means that North American orders are sometimes taking a number of weeks to be delivered.
International Orders – Currency
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in GBP and your payment will be converted to your local currency, along with any charges or adjustment applied.
International Orders – Import Duties and Taxes
You may well have to pay import duties and taxes applied once a package reaches your country. Local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility and you must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, that customs policies vary widely. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what they may be. We strongly recommend you contact your local customs office for any additional information prior to placing your order. Please note, international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
International Orders – Tax Charges
Any orders posted to the UK or EU include VAT as applicable. Orders sent outside of the EU are VAT free.

Please allow us 48 hours to respond as we are a very small family business and are not always Online, thank you, iinouiio.
iinouiio will exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned as new and with all packaging and labels still attached. If you wish to exchange a product a further postal charge will apply.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of goods that are in resaleable condition and accompanied by a return note. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
